IEEE Transactions on Terahertz Science and Technology focuses on original research on Terahertz theory, techniques, and applications as they relate to components, devices, circuits, and systems involving the generation, transmission, and detection of Terahertz waves. The goal is to provide a reference source for the entire THz community and include articles on applications and basic science using the THz spectrum in biology, medicine, imaging, atmospheric and environmental science, radio astronomy, standoff detection, spectroscopy, telecommunications and security, and nondestructive or nonintrusive evaluation and ultrafast science using pulsed THz beams. Contributions also include sources, detectors, mixers, receivers, integrated circuits and measurements in both guided-wave and quasi-optical systems.
